    Description

    This is a new old stock license plate topper from Champlin Oil of Enid, Oklahoma. It measures just under 3 1/2" in diameter and does not appear to have been used. It is made like a celluloid button, with a reflective red foil backing with a printed cover. The back is marked "FLASHAD Dura Products MFG. Co. Canton O". Metal has some light discoloration, but otherwise as new.
