DIRECTIONS:
Press the button to switch it on. The screen will show 188.88 as the thermometer beeps to signal the initiation. Following that, it is the last temperature you recorded, marked by letter "M". Then another temperature around 37?, which is for calibration, appears shortly on the screen to check the normal working status of the thermometer. Once the screen is showing "Lo"(it doesn't mean low battery but mean current ambient temperature is below 32?) , it means now it is ready for measurement.

Uncap thermometer and put it under your tongue for about 3 minutes. After beeps, the measurement is done.

Manually enter your BBT data into the app. you can check your BBT chart. Other data and insights are available for you to review.
