Fill asphalt cracks easily and safely with Small Black Permanent Blacktop Crack Filler. This contractor-grade, thermo-plastic black rubber provides a permanent, patented, self-leveling seal for small asphalt cracks and joints. It's designed for use with a heat gun or propane torch and produces a 100% watertight seal.
